Before granting enrollment, Orcutt Baptist School (OBS) must:

1. Receive completed school application forms (3 Pages)

2. Receive the non-refundable $100 registration fee for the first child, application $50 for every other child, for application processing

3. Verify the student's birth certificate and social security number on official documents (new students only) We will not record SSN, but we must see it.

4. Verify and receive a doctor completed, Virginia Physical Examination and Immunization Form (original only) verifying a physical examination has been completed within the past year (new students only)

5. Verify and receive any prior academic records (new students only)

If OBS is not able to accommodate your application for enrollment for administrative reasons (space availability, unsuccessful testing, etc.), you will be notified within 10 days of receipt of your completed package of information. In this event, a refund of all pre-paid fees will apply.

For new students: Once the above requirements are complete, OBS will reserve a slot for your child subject to successful entrance test results. A test will be given for new students entering Kindergarten (K-5) or elementary grades. The fee is $20 per student and will be administered in April or May.

Supply Fee:  is due on May 1st.

Transportation Fee:  Will be due May 1st for those who have signed a transportation contract. Note: OBS may not be able to provide transportation to yor area. Please check with the school office before registration if this is a concern.

Your first tuition payment will be due June 1st.
The second tuition payment will be due on August 1st. It should include the transportation fee (if applicable). All subsequent monthly tuition and transportation payments will be due on the 1st of each month thereafter through April (10 Month plan).

If two children in the same family are enrolled at Orcutt Baptist School, the tuition for the second child (excluding the first) will be reduced by 10%. For families with three or more children, the discount will be 25% for the third child and any others.
 

Payments made after the 10th of each month will be subject to a $25.00 late fee.
